"I haven't been back here for about 30 years or so and really enjoyed it. I only just remember coming the first time as I came here as a child. Didn't walk all the way around the island, but definitely will do that the next time I visit when the weather is better."

"If you wish to do something different you would like to go to Poole Quay and get the ferry to brownsea island. It costs 13£ and you pay on the island to come back. There is plenty of space for walks and for the children to play and also a cafe where to take a light bite in a very nice environment. If the weather is fine, the outside tables are a good place to relax and enjoy the views."

"Visited for a light bite whilst on the island and its perfect for amazing cakes and sweet treats with a good range of hot and cold drinks and food available. Just worth noting the outdoor seating although beautiful in the sun does become subject to a lot of wasps around the tables so does begin to make it quite irritating sitting outdoors."

"A pretty standard NT cafe with the usual drinks and food. Best thing is a the outside area which overlooks the harbour and Sandbanks ferry"
